So during the holiday season I have been trying to catch on some stuff on the Q while I am home. changed the oil and bled the brakes last night.

as some of you may remember, my trans mount is set such that the transmission/engine is leaning down. This morning, I took the crossmember and trans mount off, and added about 1/2in worth of shims under the trans mount to push the back of the trans back up.. helped smooth things out a little bit.

I still could go up about another half inch or more before I hit the body of the car, and instead of adding another 1/2 in of shims, I was thinking of going to a Z32 trans mount, like a nismo trans mount..

I heard that Z32 transmission mounts (the insulator) are a little taller than the Q45 mount, but before I go out and buy one, can anyone confirm this?

My trans mount is about 5 years old so it could probably use replacing anyway...
