Z32 Upright bushing removal

So I got some Z32 uprights from sdrmiamiami.com and they are HICAS uprights! the reason I know they are HICAS is because I verified on courtesy parts

How do I remove that bolt/bushing thingy?

you need a press, just take it to machine shop or if you a big vise you can do it.

Where do you get the bushing to replace the HICAS ball joint? Does the energy suspension kit have the bushings for the knuckles?

If I remember correctly, the non hicas cars use the same bushings the RUCA uses on the spindle.

Yes, energy suspension does make them.
