Z32 twin turbo Fuel Issue

Ok I have a little problem with my Z I just finished taking the car out on the road and I have been driving the car for a couple of days with no problems and for some reason the car started giving me some issues the car won't start back up. I started checking around the engine see if anything popped out. So I took out 1 spark plug and the dam thing is covered with fuel so I'm assuming that the engine is filled with to much fuel inside. How can I fix this problem

First, pull codes. Second, do you have spark? It seems you are getting fuel, but if the plug is wet, probably not spark.
