z32 turbo gearing.

I know that the z32 gearing on the lsd is higher than the 240, what adverse effects would i experience from this? Would I be able to change out the 240 gearing onto the 300s lsd? I need 240 output shafts from another 240 lsd right? I may be picking up an lsd tomorrow so any help will be great.

Slower acceleration but more top speed ability.
