i used an arbor press, and some axle grease.... 1000 times easier than a hammer

Also, the Z31 is an identical unit compared to the RB25 TO bearing. I used it just to keep things the same, but as said, you can use the Z32 as well with no problems.

How did you guys go about removing and reinstalling the Throw Out Bearing? What tools or "tools" did you use?

All you need is the right sized socket and a hammer

I used a stock 240sx KA 5 speed TO bearing for my RB20..the whole thing including the part that it presses onto and it worked like a charm.

I know this is a retarded question, but my Z32 bearing has one flat side with some lettering and the other side where the bearing spins. Which side goes towards the spring clip? I got the flat side installed towards the spring clip using the socket and hammer method, and I'm second guessing myself for some reason. I think part of it was that it got too cold in the garage last night to focus on something other than my hands being bricks of ice.

The fork just slides in between the spring clip and those metal tabs right?

yes... Make sure to lube the shaft up with some grease, and check for smooth movement.
