Hey hey, Q to those of you whodunnit already. 94 tt with 5 spd. Looking to replace some basic components, Shocks, and tension arms in front and maybe springs. Are there any alternatives to the stock Shocks that maintain the stock in cabin switchy thingy, I don't do autocross or anything crazy where i would need like 32 settings. Sooo basically any shocks other than stock that maintain stock switch available. Closest thing i saw was some tokico illuminati or something but I'm waiting on an email from them about the application. En1 maintained stock function with their aftermarket shocks?

I've never seen anything other than the factory units that allow you to use the stock switch. The only other option I have seen that allows similar in cabin adjustment are Tein coilovers with the use of an EDFC.

um it's a tokiko illumina, the illuminati are an ancient secret society and they are out to get you! you might be able to make it work but the stock has 2 settings and the ilumina has 5, over almost one turn, the stockers use who knows how much turn

Tein EDFC is a waste of money IMO. Its just a little motor that sits on the adjustment knob and rotates it for you. Save the $500? and take 2 minutes to pop your hood and adjust it yourself. How often would you be adjusting the coilovers anyway?

Yah, that's what its lookin like, stocks or remove the stock control system. I think the stock uses like a 30 degree turn or something, Thanks for the help guys.
