The rear subframe mounting points don't line up with the bolts on the 240, so you can't exactly swap the z32 subframe into your car.(if that's what you meant)
You can, however, utilize many of its parts. I too bought a z32 rear subframe and disected it of all its goodies(brakes, hubs, vlsd, and upright) and I put all of them on my car during the summer, minus the 5 lug swap which I sold.
Anyway, I did it all at once. I spent about 8 hours a day, 3 or 4 days a week. In all, it took over 3 weeks to complete the rear. It would have taken about 1-2 weeks if I hadn't broken certain parts in the process.

This was while taking my time working alone and at my own pace.
If you wanted to do it in stages, you could do the vlsd swap first, then the knuckle swap, then the 5-lug/z-brake swap. This is in order from cheapest to most expensive.
If you have more questions on specific parts of the swap, just run a search and make a new thread. These swaps have been done time and time again.
