Alright guys it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I’ve been daily driving my NA for about two years now with almost no issues. I replaced my timing belt/water pump about 3k miles ago and I’ve been trying to fix little issues for a while now. Ever since I got the car the oil pressure sensor never really worked properly.. it’ll go up to 60 psi at start up and as I drive it slowly goes down and then randomly go back up again. The first thing to do would obviously be replace the sensor but the needle is moving so I’m assuming it’s working. Anyone have any ideas should I just replace the sensor? Any info would be appreciated thanks!

Sensor is notorious for clogging up and will cause the exact issue you describe. Another option is to CAREFULLY drill out the itty bitty hole in the sensor to allow a little more room for sediment to clear out. Just make sure no metal shavings stay inside the sensor. I'm not talking about a whole lot of material to be drilled out, just maybe one standard drill bit size up.
