Z32 Molding strip on door window replacement?

Hi guys, first post here but I'm a frequent reader on this site...absolutely love it. So I'm pretty new to my Z32 TT, bought it about 3 weeks ago and I'm working on getting it into perfect condition. I'm in the process of working on all the molding and I realized how difficult it is to find out what names of certain pieces are. I'm trying to figure out how to replace a certain "trim" piece that almost looks like it's connected to the front door windows. I have a picture here with the strip circled:
