I just Installed a Z32 Brake Master Cylinder into my 1992 S13 non-ABS Its for a 1996 TT and its a Tokico and it does not have the size on it. It has this really small hole in between the front and rear brake lines that was plugged with a piece of rubber so I ignored it but when I pressed the peddle the plug fell out and now it squirts brake fluid.

What is this hole for and what do I do with it?

This is what it looks like

You must have ABS since you only need 2 lines. That hole is threaded, so you have to get a right plug for it. Plasticc cap won't take the pressure.

I know that my car is non abs I have the three brake lines hooked up the MC. The hole I'm speaking of is the Tiny black dot between the two front lines and the one rear

I also am working with a Tokico. The 1 1/16" master cylinder will have BM-57 on the back side (opposite the brake lines). The 1" master cylinders will be cast as BM-50 I believe. The small plug of which you speak has something to do with the proportioning and that plug should not come off at all. Also in regards to the flair fitting, the ones off a Nabco m/c will not fit without first drilling out the hole with a small bit. I also used some JB Weld around the fitting to assure a leak free seal.

Thanks for the help but I'm going to return it and I already ordered a Nabco one from MyNismo.com
