z32 manual trans rebuilt HELP! 4th gear grind

Hey guys im a s14 owner with a sr20 swap. well im here to ask for help. i did a z32 manual trans swap into my car, i bought the trans new out of nissan. i dont have more than six month with it and my 4th gear is already grinding, just as all other trans.

well question is can i put the jdm double syncros into it? if i can what would be required?

If you bought it new from nissan, it probably has warranty on it! Take it back!

Oh and next time, don't do any power shifts or "just cuz race car" stuff. You shift fast, you ruin synchro's fast.

If you want to shift fast, get a sequential gearbox. Traditional synchro type transmissions do not respond well to fast shifts.
