Managed to pick up a Z32 TT maf in anticipation of my E going turbo soon, i do plan on installing it whilst the car is NA, my question is, has anyone else done this whilst the engine is NA? How did it feel to drive once the ecu was re-tuned to suit the larger maf?

And those who anticipate on telling me i'm wasting my time whilst the car is still NA, i don't care. It's getting custom ITB's before the turbo setup is done, and i want to eliminate as much of the pressure drop across the intake side of the motor as possible. The car is far from stock for those wanting to know what mods i have currently:- custom grind 262/264 deg duration cam- solid lifters- PnP'd head- headers/intake- SMT6 piggyback ECU (modifying the stock ECU shortly for an Xtronics Romulator to use Live Edit )- deleted PCV/rocker cover vent lines, these are now routed through to a catch can.

Apart from the stock intake manifold which is up on the chopping block next, i hope that the stock maf is one of the E's problems to developing much needed top end (short of a larger cam).
