Hi.

I have fitted 550 cc injectors, Z32 MAF and a GT28BB 400hp unit.I have set the AIR FLOW to VG30.The injectors are set to 370/550 = 67 %

Yesterday I was on a track testing it for the first time.

When I was running at 1,0 bar boost the load was at 18.... Since it only has 20 "levels" I guess that this will give me a problem if I try 1,3 bar.

Can anyone give me a hint on how this this can be solved?

Get the power FC pro....MAFS suck, and if your going that route anyway, mind as well get the best unit, and ditch the sucky mafs

Haven't anyone heard about this problem before? I thought that it was quite common to use the Z32 MAF :(

Its definitly a lot more common to find people usng the z32 mafs as opposed to a MAP sensor...but MAP sensor does have its advantages. Most people dont have the money to go with a full standalone, and the Power FC didnt have that option till recently when they released the Power FC Pro...dont know too many people who have that if anyone : )

Well, I think I'll get to find out if I have this issue soon...as far as I know the Power FC I'm getting from nomore_mr2 is not the pro...which is fine with me so we'll see how it goes! And yeah, from what I understand the MAP sensor is the preferred option if you can afford the full standalone setup :)

I still haven't found a solution to this :sad

But I'm thinking that maybe a FCD could be a solution. But I'm not quite sure how it works. Does is lower the signal from the MAF with ex 0,5 V always, or does it only make changes to the signal from a certain value ex 4,0 V?Any comments?
