z32 fuel pump in my car

Happened to me once, make sure your positive and negative hookups on the pump aren't backwards. Mine would come on and sound like it was working but wouldn't pump any fuel.

It's a DC pump, so if you wire it up backwards, it will spin backwards. That means it won't pump.

I TRYED IT BOTH WAY JUST TO SEE... IVE INSTALLED 30 OR SO OF THEN JUST NEVER A Z32TT ONE

did you just match the colors on the plug end to the pump end? (i just finished soldering a z32 pump myself and just matched up all the colors, as they looked like they all go the same places on both pumps... bu/r stripe = motor neg wh/br stripe = motor pos)

i heard that u can only use certen years of the pumpmine has the fuel presur reg on topi can here it pump but nothing comes out the outher side
