nothing noticable...they are just cheaper...
I dont think you will even notice longer life, though I guess that would technicaly be true because there is more filter material....Its not an upgrade really just a nother replacement option

one is made by the same guys who made your car, one is made by some one else....
OEM meets the specifications created by your cars engineers, aftermarket meets what ever specifications it wants. OEM quality is usually a sure thing, were aftermarket can vary...
