Z32 engine swap into Z31 body

I have a 50th AE Z31 turbo. The previous owner stuffed a NA block into the engine bay and hooked it up to the turbo. Looks like he bypassed the detonation sensor. I have been driving it for several years and then the head gaskets blew. That is when I discovered the block was a VG30 not a VG30ET.

I am looking for a correct engine and or block to make this car right. But, I got to thinking about the better Z32 Engine and wondered if anyone had swapped the Z32 into a Z31 body...kind of a sleeper. Plenty of VG30DETT engine for sale but no VG30ET.

What do you all think?

Thanks for the link. Way more work that I am capable of! The wiring is a major limitation for me since I have never done a swap. Just motor rebuilds TR6, 914's, various motorcycles, and now the top end for the 300ZX.
