I know that it would throw codes like hell but if i repined a z32 ecu would it connect to the computer. I got a friend who would inspect it but the computer needs to connect to an ecu then i guess he can override the error codes? Not really sure but would swaping this in work for a sticker? I have also heard of "fake" ecus that send fake signals to get a sticker.

P.S up in NH after you enter the vin if its 96+ it asks to plug the computer in. since rbs arnt obd it doesnt read and its an auto fail. I just need it to connect.

Register and title your car in Vermont you can keep your NH home address on the registration. It's how people are getting skylines legalized. Their emission laws aren't as strict.
