It seems as if the majority of people doing z32 brake upgrades are using the z32 rotors and either re-drilling them or using the 5 lug hubs. I was just wondering if using aftermarket 240sx rotors would work with the z32 calipers. Also, would it be possible to swap the front 240sx calipers onto the rear without major issues? Thanx guys.

actually I used supra rotors on the front they fit but the brackets have to be custom made. As for swapping the fronts to the rears?? why?? why not use z32 rear calipers which are 2 piston and mount directly to the knuckle without any mods at all?? You will lose the use of the parking brake but there are ways aroung as well

You will not lose use of the parking brake. You will need to fabricate your own(splice z32 cables) and route them to make the new park brake style work on your car.The parking brake assy is different(drum brake style inside of Z32 rear rotor) than clamping caliper style from s chassis.

The s chassis knuckle accepts both styles, so do the z32 brakes and z32 parking brake assy and NA z32 rear hubs and bearings, and do it all on the s chassis knuckle.

http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htmgreat guide. i used it for my 300z swap. definitly do the parking brake, it is much less of a headache to splice the lines than it is to live without a parking brake.
