Z32 check engine light problems

Woke up this morning to a dreaded check engine light on my dash. Ive owned my '96 na for the past 8 months and never had any issues besides a bad alternator and recently a minor overheating issue (that i thought i resolved). The car has always drove mint. Never struggled with anything. Idles at 500rpm (800 with the ac on). I took it to get read and i got codes 11-13 (cas sensor, maf, and coolant temp sensor). I checked and cleaned and corrosion that may have been on or around any of these sensors but the codes still come back. And the car still drives like new with no issues ar all. What am I overlooking here?
