I am sorry to disagree with demcj, but Z32 calipers can work with 15 inch rims. I know because I have done it.
First of all, I have to assume that the 15 inch wheels you are referring to are the stock 7-spoke alloy wheels that came with S13 model. Also, I am assuming you are only speaking about the front calipers. If that is not case, then the rest of this commentary may not apply.
The potential issue with 15 inch rims has always been an issue of the spokes clearing the caliper not the caliper fitting into the wheel. Both Z32 calipers will fit inside of the wheel. The issue is whether they will rub against the spokes.
If you do a search, you will read that there are basically two types of Z32 calipers: 26mm and 30 mm. The 26 mm calipers fit under inside the 15 inch wheel AND clear the spokes. If you decide to install 26mm calipers, you can go ahead and just replace your calipers without any issues or modifications.
Most people want the 30 mm calipers (available in aluminum or iron). These calipers will fit inside the 15 inch wheel but will NOT clear the spokes...unless you use a spacer.
People who don't want to use a spacer will have to purchase new wheels. If you don't mind using a spacer (and opinions vary widely on using spacers), then your 15 inch wheels will work perfectly with the 30 mm Z32 calipers.
I have an S13 '92 240SX Se Coupe. I could not afford new wheels so I purchased a set of 15mm H&R spacers and went ahead and installed 30mm Z32 iron calipers with Brembo rotors. The installation was a complete success. Despite many people cautioning me against spacers, I have had no issues with them and have driven hundreds of miles and speeds in excess of 100 mph with no issues.
Using a spacer will require that you replace the wheels studs. The H&R spacers are sold with longer wheels studs. I recommend using 60 mm Nismo wheels studs. If you use Nismo wheel studs you will avoid the issues I had to deal with. For a detailed explanation of the issues and how to avoid them, read my comments in the thread below:
