im not sure but i think my z32 caliper is done. first of all my pedal feel is horrible. it feels like my car has abs and is fighting me back sometimes when braking. second i hear a crunching noise when braking like you feel when abs function is fighting back. the strange thing is i have no abs in my car. the third thing is when the car is still and the brake pedal is pressed all the way down it make a clicking noise kind of like the sound the newwer gas grills make when using the push button starting to light the pilot. me and my father think the clickin is coming from inside the caliper and it seems like its the top back piston but im not sure. if i have to rebuild my caliper its going to suck, even worse buy a new one. i have the rare z32s theyre are aluminum and 30mm. what is the year zx i should look for if thats the case? also any suggestions or ideas on what i should do would be great. i just got these brakes a few months ago and have no problems untill now. what should i do?

Probably time for a rebuild.

The 30mm aluminum calipers came on 1990 TT and all 1991-1992.5 Z's.http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm
