So this is what I did today.....
Disassembled the calipers to get them ready for powdercoating.
Started taking pics a few moments after starting.

I had a piece of drywall, which actually worked better due to me being able to just break off pieces in whatever size I need

Another pic...

Two more pistons out...

Suckers are stuck...

Got half of them out so far...

Stuck again...

It was a recurring theme, they would start to come out but stop at a certain point. At one point I was pumping 70 to 80 psi at them to try and shoot them suckers out. Started to get real frustrating. I tried grabbing them with pliers and a towel and just couldn't get them out.

I was pluggin one hole with my finger (hehe) and as hard as I could shoved that sucker in the other hole (giggity) but can anyone tell from the picture why I was still unsuccessful? (I am not proud as it was a dumb, simple mistake)

Slowly working more pistons out one by one

Break time. Frustrated at this point because some are still stuck. Time to get creative but first...

Adenosine Triphosphates intake

Tried a c-clamp with plastic covering one of the holes to get a secure seal, still failed...

Did anyone guess it from the earlier pic?... I had the short section of hard brake line still attached and open. So I twisted it shut and BAM!!! Please do be careful if you've never done this, these suckers FLY out, especially since I had the calipers split apart already they were shooting out 10 plus feet

This sucker was stuck so I c-clamped one piston to stop it from flying out and c-clamped one hole shut with plastic covering for a sure seal. Success!!!!!

Finally got them all out. It took awhile as you can see they are in bad shape but not gone.

After alot of working at it and pure persistance, finally done!!!

If anyone wants the rear Z32 caliper brackets for free, you pay shipping, just hit me up

It took longer than I thought so I couldn't drop them off to get powdercoated today, but here they are all ready to go come Tuesday morning!!!

Thanks for stopping by and I will put up more pics as it gets further along!
