Just got some calipers and was wonder what some good 4 lug rotors are that will work on an s13.

you'll have to get matching Z32 rotors for your calipers. Heavy Throttle offers Brembo blanks redrilled to 4 lug. The other option is to get Z32 rotors and have a machine shop redrill the lug pattern

and the s13 oem wheels will fit with the re drilled rotos?

It's not the rotors you have to worry about clearing stock wheels, It's the caliper itself.
