Hey those of you that have done the conversion front and rear can you fit stock rims on the back or is fitment an issue for front and rear? Reason I'm asking is because if I can fit the stock 15s in the rear I'm doing q45 in the front. Don't have the money for rims and tires right now. Q45 calipers in the rear have better clearence?

I believe Q45 Brakes fit perfectly fine without spacers.

Which rims? For Z32 brakes:Tear drop rims don't fit.I heard some SE rims do fit. But depends it if you get the NA/Turbo calibers. The Turbo calibers are bigger so you will need a spacer regardless.

Tear drop? Well I don't plan on running z32tt. You can't find those cars around here. I'm hoping to use my stealies till I can fork out the money for some offsets.

Incorrect. The overall diameter of the Z32 brake upgrade is no different from N/A to Turbo. Only differences were in disc thickness (some calipers accomodated 26mm rotors while others did 30mm rotors), and caliper material (early calipers were aluminum while later ones were Iron).

Spoke design is more important for clearance than offset (though offset is important, too). Case in point, I've seen +30's that didnt clear the calipers and +42's that did.

Assuming this is on an S13, you ARE correct about the wheels. Early "tear-drop" style is a no-go, while the later SE rims will just barely clear.

All you'll ever need to know: " TARGET="_blank">http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm

Good luck!

it should fit. the q45 rear brakes have alot of clearance i think it will actually move your wheel about 10mm outwards cause of the drum parking brake setup
