so i did my upgrade today just to find that i have no pressure at alll after i put everything back togather.

i have the full set up 30mm front caliper, rear caliper, new rotors and pads, 1" 1/16 BMC. bleed about a whole gallon of brake fluid.

so now if i press the brake a couple times it locks but once i let the padel go for a sec it lose all pressure i have to pump to get pressure again. would i need a brake booster.

anyidea on what to do if anyone else ran into the same problem.

BTW i did search and found nothing

They have to be on top or you will never get the air out.

YUP, if the bleeders aren't on top you're not releasing the pressure.

Start

Driver rearto Passenger rearto passenger frontto Driver front

FSM says

Driver rearto Passenger rearto Driver frontto passenger front

I do the the other way.

Check very carefully for leaks too.
