Ok heres the run down.... I have a set of z32 calipers on my vert. It was all functioning just fine before i had a wheel bearing go out. Only had spare 4 lug hubs and stock brakes to put on till i got around to picking up another 5 lug hub. Also took my front spindles off to get them shortened up. So I went back to all the stock brakes on a z32 bmc and stock automatic brake booster. Everything functioned fine after i bled the system. And I was able to drive it without a problem. Got the new hubs in and knuckles back put them all back on and put all my z32 calipers and e-brake assembly back on. I compressed all 12 pistons in the calipers and bled the system no leaks anywhere and all the pistons functioned properly on all 4 calipers. When i press the brake pedal with the engine off the pedal gets harder to push like a rock like its suppose to. With my foot still on the brake pedal and engine turned over the pedal sinks to the floor and won't build pressure. First guess was brake booster check valve. Replaced it with another one from a functioning 240. Same problem. Replaced the bmc with a stock s13 one and bled system again. same problem. Changed out the brake booster with another one that was in a car that worked just fine. Same problem. Brake pedal doesn't build vacume pressure. Got to looking at my engine -ka24de- for a vacume leak. found one under the intake manifold. Pulled it all off and fixed it with parts from another ka. brakes still don't build vac pressure. Check valve is installed correctly to where it can only pull vac from booster. When the brake booster vac line is pulled off the booster itself you can hear it releaving the vacume pressure from the booster. I've bled the brakes about 10 times with fresh fluid so there's def no air in the lines what so ever! If anyone has any idea's or suggestions i'm open to opinions of what it could be?
