all you need to do is take the hub and e brake assy. of the z knuckle and bolt it to the 240 Knuckle, the have the same bolt pattern and axle hole diameter. Oh and make sure to get z32 2+2 ebrake cables because those should bolt right up.

No everything bolts right up if you use the knuckle from the 240 not the z, all you need to do like i said was swap the hub and other stuff onto the 240 knuckle

If your coilovers don't have the z32 lower mounts, make sure you've got those. But other than that, you're straight.

Parts needed

Loaded calipers
Rotors
Conversion brake lines
loaded Z32 or Q45 rear backing plates
Z32 2+2 ebrake cables, or standard z32 cables routed a different way with a bracket stay welded onto the cars body
Z32 BMC with one of the flares cut out of your s13 BMC and pressed in.

Now you can use OEM s14 or z32 NA rear hubs for the rear 5 lug conversion and
S14 LCA or S13 LCAs with S14 LBJs pressed in
S14 Knuckles
S14 front shock or coil or drill the hole bigger and use the larger S14 bolt or buy the hole spacer kits.

Couldn't he just get conversion hubs for the front? seems easier?

Very true, and even then I hear some stories every once in a while. Conversion hubs + OEM bearings are the best I think.

you have to make brackets for the ebrake cables to attach to the body as well

people say you need conversion lines, but I have used stock s13/14 lines with no issues, just remove the nipple off the caliper..it will work..trust me, also R32 e brake cables work with no mods, bolt right up to stock e brake mounting points.

the problem i had was the cable itself was too long... and if you are doing the Z32 conversion why not just spend the $50 on nice lines

might be the pads moving or the calipers... make sure there are no shims or bolts missing.

Do you happen to have a pic to prove that? I know that the conversion line topic(z32 vs. R32 vs. R33 lines) seems to be the biggest bottle neck to this swap. It's been a couple of years since the post I suppose but...thanks
