N60 and N62 are the same size with different voltage outputs, Q45 is larger but they are all overkill for the S chassis.

The stock ka24de's MAF is extremely small, N60 is a cheap alternative to the overly popular N62 and Q45 MAFS. New they are all expensive, but for a used MAFS a N60 can be had for under 60 bucks. SAFC can straighten out the voltage settings, they are only slightly different from the 300zx's.

I wouldn't recommend going through the trouble for a N/A car, but as long as you correct the voltage and tune it properly you can use almost any MAF sensor.
