Z32 and J30 MAF question

Im looking at my local junkyards for a Z32 MAF for my pending turbo upgrade. Does anyone know if there was a specific model 300zx the Z32 MAF was on? Was it only on the Turbo models? When I do a part search, the J30 MAF shows up with it. Are they the same parts? Does anyone have the part number for this Z32 MAF? thanx

z32 means 90+ 300zx....z21 means -90 300zx thats all....also, all 300's have MAFs...probably all nissan cars do. but the one you want thats rated for 500hp is the serial number that ends with n62. this is what ive heard, i havent bought some myself just yet

The J30 maf is the same as the z32.

You want the turbo version, but the fail safe is the N62 part number right on the side of the maf. IIRC some Maxima's also have them.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I remember, both the NA and the turbo version mafs are the same.

So NA/turbo/j30 z32 years, you'll be ok. Remember to get the harness.
