hey so i am giving my friend some hubs for 5 lug from a 94 300zx twin turbo. when we test fit them, the axle end on the z32 was bigger. so curious if we could use the entire axle, or the axle end. or if there is another route? thanks

also are the z32 axles 5 or 6 bolt?

The axles are bigger in the turbo models. I think the non turbo z32 axles fit. I could be wrong, search it!!

TT z's have larger axles, If you want to use the tt hubs you will have to use a 90-96 q45 diff and one tt axle and one q axle.

More info found here.

Edit: you will also need to use the tt or q uprights.

oh and what are the chances that i could use just the ends where the joint is? it would be just like replacing a cv boot?

I'm not sure, as I've never heard of anyone trying that. Give it a try and see if it will work, if you already have the axles then it won't cost a thing but a little time.
