So the handling in my new 1990 2+2 isnt BAD, but I am coming from a 1989 honda civic that had select bushings replaced with urethane, tokico shocks, h&r springs, upgraded to 4 wheel disc brakes, etc
So, the Z doesnt feel as good as the civic

I was thinking sway bars, so as to keep the ride quality but tighten up steering response and reduce body roll.
but which ones to go with?
I am reading that
rear
All 2+2=21mm
TT=26mm
Both fronts are 26.5mm for 2 seaters
All 2+2 fronts are 28mm

And I was thinking that a TT upgrade with urethane bushings would be a considerable upgrade till I read that. If it still will be, someone let me know. Rear only of course, with new bushings on the front.
The stillen is
front sway bar is 28mm and the rear is 21mm.
so the same size as mine but solid.
Whats the best / cheapest solution? Stillen sways? upgrade the rear to TT, replace bushings and add end links?

I have subframe spacers ready to go on now.

My Z handles way better than any civic I've driven in. You just need to replce the right components. I'm going to assume that you are stock in terms of suspension right now. I would start with a better spring/strut combo or a set of nice coilovers. That will immediately make your Z handle much better. The steering response is probably due to worn out power steering rack bushings, replace them with polyurethane bushings. You might want to buy a full polyurethane bushing kit and replace them all. It's only about $200 I seem to remember.

If you want to upgrade the sway bars I would go with the stillen sway bars front and rear. They are solid unlike the stock hollow bars. I would also suggest a rear strut bar, I noticed a good difference on my 2+2 with it.

If it were me I would start with the lowering spring/strut or coilovers. If you don't track the car you may find the spring/strut combo to be a smoother ride for daily driving.
