z31 rear brakes on an s13?

My friend is buying a z31 parts car to pull some parts off of, but he doesn't need the rear brakes. Would these fit on an s13? All that I've found in searching a few forums is a mention the someone was trying to use Sentra SE-R 4-lug rotors and the z31 calipers, but I'm not sure if it worked.

I dont know if they will fit, but I think Z31 rears are single piston, just like a stock 240.

Grab em from your friend and try it out...
