Hello! This is a shot in the dark for me, since I don't own a Z31 VG30ET, but my business partner does, and he wants to know of anybody who makes a metal head gasket in the thickness range of 0.8 thru 1.0mm. If you know of a company, or someone who does make them, please e-mail me at [email protected]. He's buggin' the hell out of me, and I just need to know so I can shut him up!

You're probably asking why doesn't he ask himself, well he would if he could, but we live and work out here in Bahrain (Arabic is the spoken language) where Z31 and old school Datsuns run rampant. Hell! We've probably got stuff around here that most folks in the USA haven't seen in ages.

Greddy/Grex makes them for the VG30ET if I remember correctly. I'm pretty sure they're available in 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm

HKS ones are 1.2mm and 2.0mm so that's not what you want.

Thanks! If these companies are, they aren't advertising them. I read on some other forums tonite that the big guys got out of supporting the VG30ET due to low sales for aftermarket parts. I guess the power plant fell victim to "the next big thing" syndrome. Further research tonite, I read that Victor-Reinz makes an MLS gasket but I haven't been able to find a solid lead on that one, as well. Victor-Reinz is subsidiary of Dana Group, which owns Clevite and a few other big name engine parts makers.
