I'm guessing you bought the wrong bulbs. Or it's still related to your poorly wired stereo.Daniel5000watts wrote:ok so i got the brake lights working now by replacing all the bulbs.. now i got a new problem... every time i step on the brakes my gauge and dash lights light up... and side rear lamps.... but when i let go.. everything turns off leaving me with no running tail lamps.... wtf! also i noticed when i step on the brake my rpm goes up and idles better ,... when i let go of the brakes the rpm goes lower and idles funny.. biggest headache ever.. idk wtf to do now
.... Why did you leave the battery connected when messing with electrical in your car?Daniel5000watts wrote:
I re did everything using the 84 diagram for the audio .. i have done stereos before.. the problem started when i disconnected the old not working stereo the previous owner left live wires just stuffed in there so when i pulled it touched metal and started blowing fuses....
