z31 Emission Delete and Front end conversion

how it going? I Have some questions about emissions delete. i just baught a 85 300zx turbo with emissions deleted. It wont come out of limp mode and also wont go over 2000 rpm. I replaced the mass air flow and reset ecu. Vehicle ran fine for roughly 5 minutes then started shuttering and went into limp mode again. Do i just need to tune the ecu or ..... the mass air flow meter cons votage is 12v and the maf signal wire pin b now is .1v . It does go up when i give it gas to. 1.0v i Do know its supposed to be 1.5 to 1.6v at idle or koeo. Did it work just for 5 min untill the ecu saw there wasnt any emissions or do you think i have other issue. No boost leak. new pfr. great pressure 30psi at idle. Just runns rich iv put 2 sets of plugs. timing is dead on. It has new everything damn near minus ecu. im thinking i need a tune or new ecu.
