z24i electrical issues

I have a problem with some of the electrical in a 86 720 with the z24i TBI engine. The relay right next to the battery got water in it and was bubbling after a short drive. The next morning i tried to start it and it sputtered once and would just crank. I checked and the 2 lights wont come on for the computer, and the diode D42 fried along with the connection. I replaced the relay and the ecm to only have the ecm have the same diode fry. Without the relay connected, it wont fry but i dont have power to the computer. The relay has 4 wires, green/red, brown, White/red, and i think a smalled red/blue. I cant find diagrams, and i have no clue what to look at. Any help would be appreciated.
