ok.. this was my 1st install so i def had issues...1...wtf is the vss wire. i looked for a purple/white in pin 30 and it was empty. there was a blue wire next 2 it butidk what thats for2. my airbag keeps blinking and idk whyplease help!!!!3. oh and the bypass was a failure....but i think that might be a connection issue

1. I believe it is some sort of speed wire generating a voltage that is dependent of vehicle speed. My alpine doesn't have one, and I don't know that kenwood does either. I'm pretty sure you can leave it disconnected (but some parts of the unit that would show speed and such might not work properly).

2. I'm too lazy to search, but this is an easy fix. Nothing is wrong, just needs to be reset. Info is around here somewhere.

3. You're bypass is different than mine, so I can't help much there.
