Z1 Throttle bodies

Years ago I started buying parts for my Z that i never got around to installing for various reasons. One of the parts i bought was a pair of Z1 Throttle bodies that i see have since been discontinued. Now that i have a renewed interest in my car and $$ for my project I'm wanting to find out what the issues with these TB where. Was the QC issues or something else going on with them? Should I consider ditching them and going with RobZ instead? Any help is appreciated, thanks guys
