Has anyone else has been dealing with Z1 lately? I cant seem to get a response from email or phone from them. i put in an order for all the hoses, seals, etc for my plenum pull but they seem to have fallen of the face of the earth. I got a confirmation email for my order but nothing was ever charged to my credit card...if they don't want my money i guess COZ can have it.

maybe one of the Z1 guys posts around here and can give me some info...

They've been ghost town for quite a while here. I tried to contact them last year for a user who was having issues and they never came and posted in the thread. I believe everything was resolved in the end, but just looking at the thread, you'd never know.

I've been dealing with them for a few years and ive never had any huge problems other than delays. I've been to their shop a couple times and i realized why. There isnt a lot of people working there and their demand is huge. Especially when they have their specials going on like now.
But your best bet in my experience is to call in the morning right after they open. And ask for Joel... he's always been really helpful.
I had a dissapearing order too and he managed to send it out the day i called

I know it took about a month+ to get a response from them for questions I had about their full flow oil cooler setup.

really? the free shipping was a typo on mike's (at czp) part.
free shipping is pretty tempting.

Ok so I rechecked, its 5% off today and tomorrow but you'll pay shipping and no discount but free shipping from Wednesday to new years.

appreciate the update, i'm only looking to buy a small item, and the shipping costs as much as the order itself.

Strange, I bought some PCV hoses from Z1 about a week or two ago, everything went smoothly.
I had to email them about possibly changing my shipping address after ordering and they replied pretty quickly.

put the same order through with COZ. havent got a shipping email yet but, this is a crazy time of year with all the holidays going on. so hopefully i can have this all within a week or 2.
what kind of wait times have you guys had when doing a larger order from them? i think i ordered every seal, gasket, and silicone hose all the way down to the valve covers and what not.

just give them time, i have ordered lower intake manifold, gaskets, orings, and never ever have trouble, even once they gave me free shipping because of my own mistake!

and russell floyd even added me on facebook as a friend, he is the owner, and he is actually easily reachable on there. as far as i can see he adds clients from z1.

now if you ask me, that's customer service ahahah ;)

I've ordered almost every part for my Z from Z1, never had a problem out of them. They even call me 3-4 days after my order is placed to make sure I've received everything(I'm like 3 hrs. away, so I usually get everything the next day). I only had one delay, I had to wait like a week for the machine shop to make my solid motor mounts. No complaints so far
