z-tube question

i was just wondernig if i would be able to use just the z-tube and keep the regular intake box..i noticed that there would be another piece that i need that goes between the intake box and the z-tube..i have other questions regarding this matter but i just wanna make sure that this is possible before i ask anyother questions

Yes. You can just add the Z tube. The piece between the Z tube and the filter housing is the MAF housing. You just re-use yours.

Both of my G's have just the Z-tube. I have a drop-in K&N in the coupe and a NAPA (Wix) $5 filter in the sedan.

yea i gotta K&N drop in filter in my car as well....and thanks for the help guys

now just need to find someone who is selling their z-tube
