Z rims on a 240SX

I acquired Wheels and brake calipers and rotors off a 300ZX TT and I was wondering if I would have to flare out my fenders to fit the wheels or not? also what kind of wheel spacer would I need to get for my 1995 240SX? Please help everyone.

provided you are running a 5 lug s14 you will not need any spacers. I am running r32 rims which are 16x8 with no spacers
