I feel like my z is really slow out of nowhere ! When I press the gas to go it feels like I'm pulling a house and doesn't pick up quick ... Once I'm like at 40mph or even 30 mph I can press the gas and it will acerbate quicker... I was on a red light earlier and tried to go in front of a Lincoln town car and I felt like I was pulling 30 z's with my hitch and the town car just passed me up quickly ... Idk y this is happening I remember when my z would shoot out like kid who saw a $100 bill next to a naked chick ... Please help

Do a compression check. Low compression will definitely cause a loss of power.

Mine tends to do this also, but only when i have a slow takeoff, at a red light, and i take off slowly, its a harder time to accelerate, but when i take off at normal or actually want a fast launch, she goes! and goes quick, idk if its the way your letting
off at the lights, but this is my experience with that subject!

From the top of my head for reasons of loss of power, no particular order :

timing belt If you haven't replaced it can jump a tooth.
low compression
bad or inadequete oil
spark plugs and their connectors... (you should put some dielectric grease on them)
MAF sensor
fuel filter...and possibly your fuel pump
fuel injectors
You should also put non-conductive dielectric grease on all your connectors...
exhaust leak..
intake leak...
bad TPS..

I believe you have some inactive cylinders from your description. Run a compression test and let us know the results.
