Wow those guys are awesome!!! My final safe results were 388 whp and 396 tq.
I was MORE than happy with the results, so much fun driving it now.
Max was 400 whp and 403 tq before it started knocking on 94 octane fuel.
The thing holding me back from a few more hp was stock intercooler piping and my very restrictive NA stillen cat back system(2.25").

My mod list:
Stock turbos and long block
Selin dual maf translator
2.5" DP and test pipes
740 cc injectors
Asp ud pulley
Z1 intercoolers

What is the most power one can make on the stock turbos? What about stock block?

Depends entirely on how long you want the engine to last.

About 500 for both questions, you would probably need to run race fuel or E85.

Nice I ran 360hp on similar setup with stock ICs in March with them.
