Okay everyone, here's the story.

Last Tuesday I purchased myself my first 300zx. Now I bought it as a project and the previous owner told me it's a " Project " so it may not make the drive home. So I drove it for 45 miles, but it was a struggle. Long story short, it didn't make it home so I got it towed home 4 days later. Ever since I've removed the air filters to clean it, and changed the spark plugs, I've gotten nothing but this https://www.youtube.com/edit?video_id=LlfVGV9qkMg I checked the spark plugs and 2 don't work. On the right side of the engine the two cylinders furthers from you aren't firing. I started the car anyway and what you seen is the video is what I've been dealing with. I unpluged the maf and it starts, but can't hold an idle. I plug it in, and it wont hold an idle at all. I also read about the PTU causing part of this, and my cool temp sensor. I did an ECU check and I got those codes as well others. By watching the video, I'd rather have a better verification on what I can do to fix this.

When it was driveable, the engine would die whenever I would go up a hill, or keep a constant cruising speed. It's like, every time I went over 2500 rpm then it would die. Also it back fires A LOT, it's been back firing so much that it caught my bumper on fire.

Before I spend any money, I just want to know what you guys think is the problem. ( Unless I've already said the answer ) I plan on buying this MAF http://www.amazon.com/Brand-Sensor-Mete ... _pr_sims_t Is this legit? Or am I wasting my time.

Welcome to NICO!
Thats quite the project!
Thanks for posting so much information to help us help you, but the link to your video is bad.

It sounds like you have a massive vacuum leak somewhere and could use those new sensors, a distributor and likely, an MAF. Resolve the other codes that the ECU is spitting out as well and you'll have a better starting place.
