The Middle Tennessee Z Car Club is putting on a Z CLUB DAY CRUZE this Saturday!for all Nissan and Datsun Z CarsGuests are encouraged to attend!

We did this cruise last September, and the roads were so "entertaining" :shock: ,we decided we had to do it again. If you didn't go, here's the chance to join your fellow Z enthusiastsfor a "spirited" :lol: group drive. Nashville to Dover, Tennessee (Land Between the Lakes)http://www.dovertn.com/area_attractions ... ----------

We will meet at the Regal Cinema/Shoneys parking lot at 1-40 Exit #196 on Hwy. 70S in west Nashville.

If you are on I-40 heading west towards Memphis, the Shoneys is to the right of the interstateat Exit #196 just past MAPCO.

Be there before 9 if you wish to eat breakfast at Shoneys.

We will leave from there at 9:30 sharp.

WE SHOULD BE BACK IN WEST NASHVILLE BY 3-4 PM.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Cruze Directions:

From Shoneys (Nashville) to Dover:

From the parking lot, go left onto Hwy. 70 and proceed west, away from Nashville.

We will go through Pegram, Shacklett, and at White Bluff, turn right onto TN 47 towards Charlotte.

At the stop sign at the end of TN 47, turn right on TN 48/49 into Charlotte.

Turn or bear left onto TN 49 and follow through Vanleer and onto Erin, Carlisle and Bear Creek. We will probably stop somewhere about an hour into the cruise. Hwy 49 will then take us into Dover.

We will stop for lunch while in the Dover area and may visit some local sites (see the website link at top of page for Points of Interest)time permitting and based on interest from the group. From Dover to Nashville:

We will take Hwy 79 to the west towards Paris from Dover.

Turn left onto Hwy 232 going south to Mulberry Hill and on to Asbury and McKinnon.

NOTE: We may alter the route back based on time and the thoughts of the group. There are several options from McKinnon back to Nashville.

At McKinnon, turn left onto Hwy 147 going east towards Stewart, and past Tennessee Ridge, and then right on Hwy 49 to go east to Erin.

At Erin, turn right onto Hwy 13 going south and then bear left at Pollard onto Hwy 231/CR 341/Erin Road towards McEwen.

At McEwen, turn on Hwy 70 going east towards d!ck, then to White Bluff and Pegram and then back into Nashville. Do not take the Hwy 70S turnoff to the right at the y-shaped intersection as we get back into Nashville. (If you do, it will take you back to I-40).Stay on Hwy 70 by staying left.

OPTIONAL: The tour will end at the Brewhouse West on the left just before Wendy's and Walmart on Hwy 70. Brewhouse West's actual address is 7108 Charlotte Pike in west Nashville near the entrance to I-40.
