Z calipers on 95 max

is the 300zx calipers bigger and better than the stock calipers on the maxima , if it is , what do i have to do to make it work , is it a direct replacement or the lines would be different , info please , thanks

that year on both vehicles was a completely different brake set up. lines and all.
