We have a little pond at the entrance to my subdivision and there are some geese that stay there. Today there were 2 geese and about 6 little baby geese (chicks?). I stopped my car and was looking at how cute they were and all of a sudden one of the geese started charging my car trying to peck it!!! D@mn goose. Thank goodness the horn scared it away.

:lolling:

It's pretty wimpy, but it did the job. ;)

I don't know if my car would run over one of those geese. They are those big ole Canadian geese. :ohno:

Wait until your nose is speckled from road debris then hit one for a new paint job?

When I saw the thread title I was half jokingly thinking I bet it's something Canadian related. :lolling: great story.

Natures always trying to get in the way.

On the route I test drive cars (8-10 a day) there is a roving gang of unusually aggressive geese that have taken to blocking the street. The horn tends to work but sometimes I really wish I had a giant water gun like a macro version of the one I have for my cats.

I wanted to design giant hibachi knives that come out of the front of my car. Chop them up nice and fine, and then brush them out of your way. Works for traffic, too.

That is exactly what he did to me!! I was going to try to get a pic, but I was afraid he might chip my paint so I honked and scooted along.

You guys making fun of us Canadians again? Lol maybe we are friendly nation but our animals are not. Lol EH.

I feed them at launch. They are usually in the parking lot. Some brave(lazy) not to fly South at winter time. Give them some good greasy fast food and they can fight cold weather. Lol
