ok so last week i finally brought the motor home, running better then ever!! seemed to be running a little lean or even just right! well 4days later it has started to indicate that its running super rich, i have done nothing to the motor since i picked up the car!! it just changed ! it constantly backfires my A/F reads completely rich under throttle and ideal at idle. under boost its started smoking the other night, it was dark so the color i couldnt tell, that went away and came back every once and a while ! today i got off work early cause im really really sick ! and im driving on the back roads and decide to finally turn up my boost i set it at like 14 at frst did run and it was cool .. so i turned it back down now its at 10-11psi ! and under full boost im getting a good amount of black smoke comming out the exhaust ! i just put a new gakset on the cat and its kinda a leaky connection there, could it be the gasket getting fried ?? or is it just cause the cars running so rich, and what could be causing this, a bad DET maybe, or tha bad AAC valve ??? what about a malfunctioning TPS?? anyone please help me out i dont want to end up like that eclipse in that video!!!

Something in your car is totally screwed the f-you-cee-kay up and it has something to do with the way that engine harness is wired. Man, I hate it for you!Iif it was mine, I'd get rid all of that factory garbage and go get a sensible standalone. Whenyou think about how much labor you pour into that car, it equates to a few standalones or plenty of mortgage payments.

Quote »LOL, boost still have that SDS for sale???? if not Mad want to hook me up with a harness?????[/quote] The black S14 I did with the SR20DET and the SDS just wiped out yesterday after I specifically told him not to drive that car like a fool on the streets! He lost control of the car after crossing some loose gravel in a tight turn! He ultimately kissed a pole like I did and totalled his S14 as well as possibly fracturing his hip. He may want to sell his system as he'll be out of gas for a while. If it's going to be for sale, I'll be sure to mention it.
