the calipers are 300zx and the rotors are brembo. and the brake lines are steel braided. I have the rear 300zx calipers as well. I just haven't installed them yet.

yea this brake setup was sitting on a shelf in my shop for....over 6 months. I decided that it would motivate me to find stock SE rims if i couldn't drive the car without them. :)I've had the coilovers on the car for a few months...i just put the brakes on recently. The JICs are rediculous. You better have a kidney belt if you're going on any long trips. I use to have them set at 10 of 15 all the way around. I had to move them down to 5. And they are still quite stiff. I haven't fully explored the whole system yet. I still have some tuning to do. but i'm gonna wait until i get some decent wheels and tires.

I know the stock SE wheels (s14) will clear the Z's but will they also clear the rear brakes with the z32 settup?

If the S14 16" wheels clear the front 4 pot calipers, I'm sure the single piston rear calipers wouldnt be an issue.

my wheels are about the best cheap 5 lug setup you can find... cost me 300$ for 17x8 +30 offset... dont have z brakes but with the spoke design theres no way they wouldn't clear.

there's always a way. :)i'm j/k. though it seems like whenever there is the smallest possibility of me screwing something up on my car...i do it.

Not really bud, you just run into what is expected with used parts, you know? There are very few new parts on your car, and the ones that are still work just fine.
