YouTube Vid up for my Hids

Ey fellas!!! Been lurking around for awhile decided to put in my first post for the forum...Got the 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5s Dark Slate w/ convenience package and decided to replace my stock bulbs for some 6000k Hids! The brand is unreadable to me because it is in Japanese! Got it from a guy in Craigslist for $140 and aint bad!

And I know the first thing you guys are going to ask me. Did I go the bumper way? The answer is no....My friend who is a Mechanic went through the wheel linear (whatever you call it)! When we worked on the Left side...all we had to do was turn the wheel to the right so that we had room to fit our hands in... same goes with the otherside but the other way around!

Welcome to NICO! The lights look good! I also did mine today via the wheel well. I took my wheel off though so I would have more room to work with. Unfortunately, after the install, the lights were duds You really do get what you pay for!!

Thanks everyone for the reply but no, I did not have to lift my car. Just as I stated, I only turn the wheel so that I have enough space to open the "wheel well"! Its pretty easy!

and to generic808... dude that sucks! Let me know if you want to get the hids i have! I still have the guys number and whats also great about the purchase is whenever or if the bulb or the balast goes out... just call him and he'll replace it with no hassle!

Realize the 6000k's will not stay that blue as they even out a bit once they fully warm up. LMK if you notice better road visibility.....

Audtatious: Honestly, this is best mod you can ever do! It just seems like I've finally open my eyes! But as for it not staying really blue...I prefer it that way. It has a white with a tint of diamond blue! Just how I like it!

Looks nice...really a nice shade of white mixed with blue.

Made in Japan...must be quality. Too bad you can't get the brand; I'd like those.
